It is only a 1.0 version of the app to load users friends pictures on their home screen. The future versions will likely get better. The 1st versions are always limited. Music software is the same, meaning 1st versions are always limited, they get better with time. Also, 1.1 billion users are not going to get a free service forever, they will have to pay via ads or something. The ads are coming like it or not. marketers are not going to turn their heads away from a 1.1 billion user base. Most companies would do better to join them not #$%$ them off. Marketers also know that a percentage 1.1 billion users could have a multiplier effect by word of mouth. This means that good ads for deals to 1 million could actually reach 2 to 5 million people easy.
