Please learn about automatic sales by insiders. Set up in advance, price set in advance, common industry practice and has nothing to do with the state of the company. People work for money, you know. Turning some of your paper net worth into cash is normal activity. Now, if you spot large block of unplanned insider sales, very close before a negative announcement, you might wonder what's going on. But that is not happening here.
for the whole year to date, all insiders as a group did was selling, selling and more selling
sometimes below market price when we found out a few days later.
why? no confidence in your price?
if you guys do it once a while, it is understandable, but non-stop all year round, all month round selling,
give me a break, what's going on there?
