This is worse than AOL/Time Warner Deal

It's laughable that they paid 16B for this company. If Apple or anyone comes out with something just as cool, FB will be AOL-"You got Mail". This company is a shell. Ad revs will leave. It is worth $9. Longs will loose big in the end. Remember, people LOVED the AOL/Time Warner deal and it sounds the same them trying to explain. FB in the S&P will be short lived and since I have index funds, technically I own it and wish the were kicked out sooner then later when the price is less than half. You can't buy all your competitive threats because anyone that comes out with any social platform is a threat. They don't have enough money. As soon as 1 crack in the foundation is spotted (decline in ad rev) this thing will loose 50% in one day.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
