    • CNBC should have been thrown off the air years ago for their outright manipulation and corruption. They are part of this overall Stock Market Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Odd trading day to say the least. Can't tell if its being depressed because some good news is coming out soon (F8 conference? Mobile Ad Network? Some partnership?) or if the market really just expected too much.

We all know that any company that suddenly starts doing well, will have a tougher time with comps at the 5th Qtr...thats just basic math. Not sure what the street wanted to hear and what they thought they heard that made them think FB won't make their numbers in 2014.

The CFO leaving sucked but I find it hard to believe that's the reason we're down.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • This is what the CFO said on conference call: • Ebersman also warns Y/Y ad sales growth (+82% Y/Y in Q1) will slow meaningfully going forward. Facebook's 2014 revenue growth consensus (also accounts for payments/other revenue) was at 44.6% going into earnings

This is what Sheryl Sandberg said on conference: • Sheryl Sandberg cautions Facebook's auto-play video ads (launched last month amid high expectations) won't be a major contributor this year. On the other hand, she notes use of Facebook's custom targeting ad tools has grown 10x Y/Y, boosting ROI (and with it, ad prices).

Not positive at all going forward into 2014
