Please assist me if at all humanly possible. My ordeal is that today i bought shares of GORX at $8.90, and i bought 10,000 shares for $89,000. I thought it would be a likely feasibility the stock would approach $11 by the close. Then, my plan was to unload for a good measure of profit. Unfortunately, it sank fast and i hit the Sell button. And unfortunately, my stock never got sold at any price. Then it is halted.
And, unfortuntaely the 10,000 shares were purchased fully on Day-Trading margin. I had 30,000 Equity of Cash in my account and was allowed to buy this much Stock. And unforrtunately if it opens below $6, my equity in my account is BELOW $0.000. Then, what would be the feasible occurance?
Please assist me if at all possible. I am very afraid that my Wife will find out what i did with our account. She knows i have been having major trouble daytrading and have been losing cash. Worse, it was on a day where the Nasdaq rallied 40+ pts. Please assist me if at all possible.
I wouldn't worry about that guy. Look at some of his posts. I think he is a teen playing around on his parents' computer. After all what the hell do orgies have to do with the stock market. Don't waste your time on him.
I think there is still a little of hope:
Shorts will start buying crazy in the morning. It may hit your target price of 8 or 9. But it may come down as fast.... Ther will lot of fluctuaution, it will be up to you when to sell
Sounds like your as worried about your wife as the loss of cash.
Stop the lies now! She will find out tomorrow anyway. so compounding the loss with the lies will put you in hot water. If by some miricle this thing goes away with a small to no loss, she will be a releived as you. But if it does not you want her to be as comfortable with you as possible. Get in your heart. Go to her now.
It's really not a lesson. This strategy WORKED, most recently with NSTK. However, i took the money from that profit out of the account to help fund my mortgage. It is just by chance this stock got cursed.
Never buy a fast moving stock well into a run. If you decide to get back into stock trading after this debacle, try swing trading with smaller positions. It can take years and losses before you make money. I lost $25K on Tyco in a few days on margin. It really sucks. Buy Elder's book Come into my trading room. Good luck
