Got this (below in quotes) from Morningstar. Not much but I am happy with my purchase yesterday and feel pretty good about the future. I read in another article that more details are coming in December:
"The transaction is "the start of a new chapter in our history," said John Brock, CCE's chief executive, in announcing the finalization of the transaction. "Europe represents an outstanding platform for long-term, profitable growth, as evidenced by our recently announced, increased long-term financial objectives."
Last month, the company said it is targeting revenue growth of 4% to 6% with earnings per share rising in the high single-digit range. It added that next year, it expects earnings per share to exceed long-term objectives due to share-repurchase activity."
Let's say 8% is high single-digit that should increase price by $1.60-2.40. This on top of dividend and long-term is not bad.
