I would not even consider buying at $10. Several of you here seem to think there is some kind of "guarantee" that sales growth for the brands will materialize. There is not, unless you count the relatively small contractual minimums. Meanwhile, you seem to ignore ICON's debt obligation. Finally, brands have a life cycle. High end department stores and boutiques is the beginning, then mid priced department stores, then discount stores are the final stop. Mossimo is on its way out, not on its way in. You think there are guarantees that the licensee who produces the Moss stuff for Target is going to continue getting Target orders ? What if the Target apparel buyers decide to buy brands other than Moss ? Some of you here keep trotting out the "DD" you have done. What is that ? A trip to a Kohl's store to ask some teenage sales clerk how things are going ? You listened to an ICON investor presentation webcast or conference call ? Is that it ? Get real. Read the SEC documents, especially the part about risks. No, I am not on here trying to buy the stock at $10. Maybe $3, but I prefer to wait until ICON gets some feet under its belt handling the debt payments. Also, I am curious to see if a secondary happens to get ICON some fast cash, and at what price the secondary gets sold.
