I suggest another reading of the earnings call transcript. I was quite impressed until I got to the Q&A at the end. I have never seen or heard of an employee of a company asking a question in a forum dedicated to informing outsiders of a companies progress in many decades of listening to or reading these reports. An employee should have ample opportunities to ask questions of mgt in the workplace, personally, by email or phone. Niether have I ever seen or heard of an anonymous analyst questioning mgt, they are always identified by name and company and screened prior to the call. Also the nature of both questions and the fact that SIFY's own auditors quit recently should raise red flags and regarding the integrity of the companies mgt. There is always a reason why Institutional investors avoid certain stocks especially those like SIFY that prior to the private stock issuance held a 30% stake since Raju Vegesna took control in 2005. Be cautious.
