Higher Oil = Lower Crack Spread = Lower NTI Stock Price

I still believe oil should be lower, MUCH lower. With all the oil from fracking in the US, plus the Canadian oil sands, oil should be well below $100. Egyptian turmoil is keeping oil prices artificially higher.

    • My question is how increasing US production, over 1million barrels per day annually, coupled with increasing production in Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Iraq, Libya (over 1 million barrela per day annually) support increased oil prices. The EIA has already reduced global demand forecasts to 1 million bpd increase this year and 1.3 million bpd next year. Production increases are dwarfing consumption increases. And, this overproduction is projected to continue to rise for a long time. Also, if the US adds 1 million bpd and consumption drops why is the cost of WC crude increasing? We don't need as much,
