EA sure is getting a break from the media. Like last week when they renamed their EA Store to Origin and all the mainstream news sites talked up EA's "new download store".
All AAPL needs to do to juice the stock is rename iTunes to iTones and have the media call it a new earnings driver. Just throw in some hot buzzwords like "digital" "cloud" etc.
This series of posts is hilarious: http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_T/threadview?m=tm&bn=51309&tid=35732&mid=35732&tof=-1&rt=1&frt=2&off=1
I know he goes after you regarding ERTS, but here's just one documentation showing how far he's been pumping it. I remember as far as the low $20's on the stock back in 2009.
Oh, I remember that Homefront bs from him. Do a search on Mango on these boards and you'll see his distinct writing style and his aggressive tone with anyone who disagrees with his rose colored glasses takes.
"If only I could be as manly as a person who has the screen name "Mangotango" and then decides to leave the board for 7 months after being 100% wrong on ATVI, ERTS, and TTWO and then reappears under the name "TTWOrocks.""
Ha, I wondered who you were talking to. Around the time of Homefront he was bullish on THQI around $6 (late Feb early Mar - check the history) while I was bearish, and he was repeatedly abusive and lying until I told him he be on Ignore if he continued that way. No surprise, he couldn't stop himself. And THQI is now $4.
If only I could be as manly as a person who has the screen name "Mangotango" and then decides to leave the board for 7 months after being 100% wrong on ATVI, ERTS, and TTWO and then reappears under the name "TTWOrocks."
If only...Thanks for that buy recommendation on ERTS in the 20's in 2009, Mango. It only took 2 years to gain a little money when the S&P rallied over 100%.
When have there ever been any E3 surprises from TTWO?
The only one I remember was MS announcing GTA4 coming to 360 at E3 2006. Year after year, TTWO uses E3 to focus on known games.
Surely 5M shares sold by a de facto insider was a telegraph?
I saw a mention on Gaf that Sony said in their presentation to "ask Rockstar" re Agent exclusivity, is that true? Meanwhile Halo 4, 5 and 6 are announced, and where is GTA?
