Today was another one of those classic manipulation days

    OK, let's summarize.

There were only five trades all day.

Two close together around 1:31 PM at 4.40 each. Prior to these trades the bid/ask was 4.35/4.40.

Then, the bid/ask opened up to 4.50 / 4.60 but was going back to 4.35/4.40 every now and then. Then, at 2:58 PM 550 shares traded at 4.35, clearly a sell.

This was followed at 3:16 PM by one trade of 1000 shares at 4.40. The rest of the day the bid remained at 4.50 / 4.60 but yet right at the end at 3:59 PM someone felt compelled to sell then at 4.35 for a whopping 100 shares. They could have sold said 100 shares many times in the afternoon at the bid of 4.50, why did they not.

If this were ordinary trading and whoever owned said 100 shares, he/she certainly had plenty of time to sell these shares for a much better price.

Clearly, someone is manipulating this stock but why, what is their plan.

    • You are really whining about a 3-4% movement?

This stock is highly leveraged to the upside. Just think about this as being part of your portfolio cash allocation. The real money will be made here if/when a deal is made.

Until then, don't stress about .20 share price movements. Anyone "manipulating" as you would call it is making tiny profits. Be patient and good things will eventually happen.
