Does anybody have a guess as to when Kanders will file the 10k for 2009
Well, looking at the dates when the last few 10k's were filed from the Clarus web site, we find the following:
3/03/09 for FY 2008 3/07/08 for FY 2007 etc 3/15/07 3/10/06 3/15/05 3/11/04
Since companies usually or rarely report their quarterly numbers on Friday afternoon and since Kanders has always presented his quarterly numbers in the PM after market closure, it would appear that next week would be the earliest when we would see something. At this juncture, Kanders has gone by his prior record over 67% of the time.
Surely, it cannot take this long to tally up the costs and compare them to the interest payments received last year.
If Kanders will post the 10k for 2009 this week, then it would appear that a " deal " will not be part of that release since he has shown a pattern ( as have many other companies ) that there would be a conference call held along with the financial report. He has also said that a CC will be held when he is ready to announce a deal.
Alternatively, if there is still a deal to be announced with a CC, then Kanders technically still has about two weeks left before the SEC deadline of 3/31/10.
"Since companies usually or rarely report their quarterly numbers on Friday afternoon" Friday after hours on a three day weekend, if they are trying to hide it. The numbers are on the screen, just waiting for el jefe to push the send button.
