I think the value of the deal is in the $8-9 range and I will hold.
I still think $8-9 after closing.
It would appear that Kanders and the guys at Black Diamond signed the deal and achieved financial closure on this deal. Judging from the volume, that would be my guess considering that the rest of the market is in a big corrective mode today.
