It all sounds just great, right? Not long to wait until net income becomes the norm, and dividends follow. A sustainable enterprise.
So, just to make sure we are all on the same page, let's see the Officers of the company step forward and commit that they will take a 20% salary reduction and will receive no bonuses or options until it does. Won't cost them much if it is just around the corner, right? However, if this is going to turn into another destruction of value,
and the insiders know it, they certainly will not agree, will they?
Here is the risk/reward conundrum for Clarus holders. The risk is
not really the issue because the enterprise is still alive. The reward on the other hand is looking very much in doubt. Just my
humble opinion.
