Why some continue to buy this stock at thnese levels confuses me... this is like following a certain "train wreck"... it's only a long haul.
and a NICE 8% dividend :)
A dividend that is paid from cash that will be going to amortization. The dividend at current and projected rates can't be sustained. Amortization begins mid 2012.You can get over 9% in SFIpD, a cumulative preferred issue with an extremely low chance of a dividend suspension. I would almost say "no chance."
