"consensus" rev est for Q4 is $82M? sorry pumpgirls, 2.56M SEOs won't get there
not with where silver has been in Q4. The only way they do $82M is to pull a rabbit out of a hat. Maybe they pull some bizarro accounting on that fwd sale.
Maybe they empty the store-rooms of all available inventory, including raw mtls. Anybody want to buy some ore?
Sorry pumpjobgirls. 2.56M SEOs won't get you there. silly rabbits
I had $75M as an aggressive estimate. $71M was more honest. They didn't try to pull a rabbit out of a hat. No bizarro accounting on a fwd sale.
Didn't empty the store-rooms of all available inventory, including raw mtls. Didn't sell ore.
poor poor silver huggers. YOu know, the other thing that keeps me from buying AG yet is that the people who own AG seem to be so danged dumb. When you guys smarten up or capitulate, let me know.
marvin, I agree exactly with your $75M & $0.26, which is strange since I never did lsd. The only way they'll beat that by much is either wacky accounting on the fwd metals sale or selling ore & picks & shovels in Q4.
The $82M revs is quoted as consensus in 2 different sources I have seen. As for where it came from, I guess it is like I have been saying, analysts fall over themselves to publish strong #s for AG, so their units & their guesstimated silver price are both too high for Q4.
And, as the pumpjobgirls don't want to admit, their guesstimated silver price is WAY too high for 2013 & the production volume seems to be too high also, given AG's 2013 guidance of this week.
