    AG reserves and resources

I see that all the La Guitarra numbers are under review. This could be a positive catalyst if they are proving a lot of ounces there. AG did not pay much at all for this asset. Looking around, besides Del Toro being such a large ore body, La Luz looks like it has a lot of potential as the grade is good and with some tonnage. And La Frazada, I hadn't been aware of this property, it appears to be north of 200 g/t Ag with some gold and base metals. Does anyone know where that one came from? Also from Silvermex?

I think AG needs to rifle shot another acquisition now that Orko is done with. There are better assets, and there are cheaper assets too. The trick is finding a good balance. I don't know a lot about the feasibility of Wildcat Silver, but that is in Arizona and has an awful lot of silver. I think AG could pull that off although construction costs would be very high. Or they could buy Aurcana and skip the development costs and just start cash flowing right away. Wish I had a crystal ball. Maybe the next best move is to announce a dividend and this supports the stock for the next M&A move?

    • I own medium amount of both AUNFF and Wildcat, and for similar reasons that I own FM, although I consider both to be a bit more speculative. Either would be a great buy at these prices, but I doubt its gonna happen! Never seen miners so hated! Even 2008 didn't seem this bad. Compared to MX, you would think either AZ or TX would seem like a dream environment, but FM has a thing for MX.

      • Possible , in the vary far future, implications over increased taxes, nationalization of mines, more difficult mining permit processes, labor scale wages differences between the US and Mexico may come into play. Just speculaton on my part, however, KN has said , his idea is a one metal, one country back drop. Also Mexico ( with the exception of La Luz ; due to the surface rights and the local tribes) give out permits quickly. That may be yet another factor for KN.

    • They will only do Mexico M&A. However, I bet they look to do another small, and value added acquisition this year , as the juniors are becoming cheaper every day. pm-guru- did you see they reduce thier drill count to only 7 currently, I guess they are doing that because of the lower silver prices and to reduce expenses.
They are smart at AG and in time silver and gold will make another big move up, however, I believe it will be a while.
