All solars will retrace to year lows

The sales volume while ticking up will not drive to profits. Most all solars can not make money. The over capacity will continue for another year or 2 as many companies will continue to expand capacity through efficiency gains and new fabs. JKS is tapped out on capacity yet as the best cogs in the industry still can not get profits up to cover $40M a quarter in costs. And they are the leaders in gross margins and opex and interest per watt.

Accordingly China while demand is driving, profits are not. Those relying on China, will have reduced margins due to higher competition. Those focusing on sales chanells oversees with higher margins will fair only slightly better than those focusing on China.

The ASP is stable, but not climbing and it is now midway into Q2 as one the bullest quarters anually. No ASP increases so to speak during peak demand is not a good sign. CEO's like SOL's Lie brother to JKS owner calls it like it is. Overvcapacity will keep prices down and profits slim to none for most.
