This company is a complete dichotomy. On one hand, you have an inept management that cannot turn a profit, even after 20 years!!! On the other hand, you have IP that by many accounts, seems to be valuable. If there's even a "peppercorn's kernel" of truth about the validity of the value of the IP and ergo, the T Mobile lawsuit, then step aside and watch as the potential suitors line up. Apple just bought a company with similar financials as OTI for $356 million!! NFC is ready to explode. All the major players, such as Apple and Google and maybe a dozen more need to get a strong foothold in the NFC landscape and not let their competitors get ahead of them. Even if OTI has a minor piece of the puzzle, it will be worth many $millions to these companies. Moreover, you have shareholders that in a hostile takeover situation, will absolutely consider reasonable offers. However, I submit that if you get an offer(s), then a potential bidding war will ensue. As anybody who follows this company knows, this is purely an IP play right now. Despite their ineptness, the Bashans can still walk away with $millions and long term shareholders will finally be vindicated.
