So my question is how long can a company with $5mil in annual revs approx continue to sustain a market cap of $150 mil approx? I love the potential here, but it's sure been a long time waiting for signs of turning potential into real. Sighhhhhhhhhhhh, another quarter, another promise of things to come......
I have to agree with you. Another very disappointing quarter. Something doesn't compute with this company. Their products seem revolutionary but they have few sales. It makes one think that either companies think their products don't work or that there are better solutions for bandwidth problems. I also don't understand their marketing strategy. They are trying to sell their certified system but are also introducing a new product that is supposed to be better. No wonder they can't get sales. Why buy now when you can wait for the improved version. This company is very disappointing and unfortunately Perham may have his first loser company.
Who cares about the current revenue? CFO basically stated the Company with be cash flow positive in early 2015 based on revenue model. he also stated he is extremely conservative. I expect we will start to see some substantial increases in revenue in early 2014. Design wins are continuing. Company is executing on business plan. New designs are being completed. Forget about the past and current revenues and see the potential. $10 in one year or earlier. Accumulate on dips
I suppose it's a terrible comparison but when you see so many large cap companies' stocks respond to top line hits or misses vs. expectations, it's hard not to wonder whether today's MOSY valuation is too optimistic vs. what's hoped to be positive cash flow a year and a half out.... Hey, I don't want to sound negative, but I guess I'm just impatient.... I'll probably follow your advice on a serious dip, but still, without increasing revenues, this doesn't appear to be a low risk spec, especially when so much seems to depend on Perham's continued involvement.
