By Chris Moody, Yahoo! News | The Ticket – 8 hrs ago
MENTOR, Ohio—A campaign aide mov ed to explain President Barack Obama's comment in which he referred to v oting as "the best rev enge," say ing that Obama
was referring in part to a telev ision ad Mitt Romney 's campaign released that suggested Chry sler was planning to ship manufacturing jobs out of Ohio to China.
Obama campaign spokeswoman Jen Psaki told pool reporters Saturday that the comment was made in the context of what she called Romney 's "scare tactics" in the
final day s of the campaign.
The Romney ad was "frightening workers in Ohio into thinking, falsely , that they 're not going to hav e a job," Psaki said when asked about Obama's "rev enge"
comment. "And the message he was sending is if y ou don't like the policies, if y ou don't like the plan that Gov . Romney is putting forward, if y ou think that's a bad
deal for the middle class, then y ou can go to the v oting booth and cast y our ballot."
"It's nothing more complicated than that," Psaki added.
Obama made the comment on Friday during a rally when supporters in the audience booed at a mention of his opponent.
"Don't boo, v ote," Obama said. "Voting's the best rev enge."
At campaign rallies across Ohio on Friday , Obama criticized Romney 's ad directly , accusing his campaign of "massaging the facts" on the auto bailout.
"You don't scare hardworking Americans just to scare up some v otes," Obama said on Friday during a rally in Hilliard, Ohio. "That's not what being president's all
    about."

what's the difference between opening a plant in china and creating jobs in china to shipping current jobs to china?

the company didn't deny the opening of plants in china, did they?

i think that's the point that romney was making and it's too bad he didn't make it as clear as i just did.

      • No they didn't deny that. They claim they are doing this to support the Chinese consumer demand and it won't affect U.S. plants. (Yup, the check is in the mail ...sic)

I heard that the Italian operation is going to start shipping Chrysler vehicles to the U.S. I suppose that won't have any affect on U.S. plants either and how long will it be before they start sending Chinese made vehicles over here.

Just remember that our current President would love to see all Americans driving electric cars or even better yet, riding bicycles as the main means of transportation. (And people still don't consider him to have many communist principals).
