what do you think that means wack Fck. AOL still
in Magellan fund, just not one of the top ten
holdings anymore. Article didnt mention that. Could have
dropped from 9th to 11th. Big deal. I hope you dont take
your own advice otherwise you would be in the poor
house. Hell if I came out every day and said that AOL is
going to go down, eventually i would be right. So
please spare us with your technical expertise. We are
all impressed with the sweet nothingnesses you
whisper in our ears!!!
If indeed you believe there was manipulation,
E-mail the NYSE, not the SEC. You will probably get a
quicker response. They audit
regularly, for the reason you just described.
That dumb loser can't ran't and rave about how great AOL is and how stupid the shorts are... He's probably out on the street corner in drag trying to make enough $$ to buy some more over priced AOL.
It ended like this:
pointed out that AOL CEO Steve Case had declined an
invitation to appear at today's hearing. That led several
industry observers to speculate that AOL and AT&T are
close to reaching an agreement that would give AOL some
access to AT&T's cable modem plant..."

Any afterhours moves on this volume is
meaningless. Tomorrow morning, AOL will get savaged pre-market
as everyone comes home from work and sees AOL
dropped from Magellan's Top Ten. Expect CNBC to kick
AOL's butt over this.
AOL was at 119 and selling like mad. My ticker
was flying red for over two minutes. Did we ever see
118 15/16ths? Nope, NYS sold 500,000 shares at 119
then raised the price.
Friends, this is
illegal. Why did he do it? To make sure the July 120's
(30,000 contracts = 3,000,000 shares that have to be
bought now) don't expire worthless. Is he allowed to do
that, totally block off the selling of a stock for his
own benefit? No, he isn't. Will he get away with it?
Yes he will because he knows the lame SEC won't do
Not only did he refuse to sell out the 119's, once we
got back over 120, he put 155,000 shares on the bid
to make sure as hell we never went below 120
This is total bullshit. It is a crime. He will get
away with it. I am sure there are some seriously
pissed off Call Writers out there. I hope they all let
him know in their own special way how they feel. He
is fucking with some powerful people.
