Yes, well of course if they exceed Q2 with Q3 sales in excess of $140M, we could agree that they are in control of the situation and are able to forecast with some reasonable accuracy. So, at that point in time, we'll need to see Q4, which will then need to exceed Q3 since the world economy, and wireless infrastructure demand in particular, is growing. I am concerned mainly because I saw Andrew growing these past two quarters and PWAV was shrinking. That is not a good sign, but given the uncertainty and lumpy demand, it's something that I am accepting as possibly not the result of mismanagement. But there will be no excuses for Q3 if they come in below say a number like $130M..that will not be considered "flatish".
Yes, I want to only post positive messages from now on. It should really help this stock fly.
I think the Powerwave management has led the company really well, everything is going in the right direction.
They have successfully trimmed a $1 billion dollar company in 2006 down to a $600 million dollar company this year and they only had to spend $340 million dollars on acquisitions along the way. To achieve all this as well as burn up close to $200 million dollars in cash along the way without losing the CEO or CFO during this time is an unparalleled achievement
