INFA hires fresh grads and young inexperienced sales people. I suppose they save a few dollars by doing this. But when sales don't close its because INFA is unwilling to pay for the talent of experienced sales veterans. Nerds can't sell either.
Ur wrong. The sales ppl the informatics recruiters select are not experienced enough in terms of a diversified background. Superior sales skills come from sales pros with a variety of career experiences. I send the recruiters @ hr solid talent. These pros don't even get interviews.
