sounds easy, but people normally get gun shy when the opportunity presents itself. Then they are mad when it starts shooting up, then they freak out and buy after a while because they can't take the torture of a missed opportunity, and inevitably, after a long run, it starts to fall back and take a pause. Then, if the market is against them, it will give back a decent % of it's gains, which makes them freak again, because they bought higher than what it's currently at, and they lose the nerve and sell. That's what normally happens. So what they have to do the next time, is buy when it looks like the average holder has stomach pains. This is normally extremely close to the bottom. That is what appears to be happening here...time to buy is upon us, time to lighten up a little is earnings week, time to bash the stock....NEVER.
