Very good analysis. Just finished. I also was thinking about converging your smartphone with a wrist device to greatly improve sound quality. INVN with its purchase of Analogs mic division now can provide that solution to a problem that keeps me from buying a smartphone at the moment.
Am I understanding Alpha's article correctly? That the future of phones is watches, where people will be talking into their wrists. Is that what we can expect? A world of people talking into their wrists?
That doesn't work orthopedically. While talking on a phone is uncomfortable, there is at least support in the bend of the elbow and the phone against your head. Or am I missing something? By the way, I never have had problems with my smart phone. Dialing and talking into it is quite easy.
