This is the point of no return.
SNDK's stock price is at a dangerous level. It tells me that Samsung is out. I hope not because I think consolidating companies such as SNDK is great for the market in general.
I hope this can be resolved soon. At least before SNDK goes back to $15. Because if SNDK doesn't take this deal, that's where it's headed.
