well to be honest Sal, reading candlesticks is not always a perfect science, in the number of years that I have been watching and researching the markets, both technical and fundamentals...sometimes it simply boils down to right place right time, and well a little luck
good luck to you Sal
Thanks for the link Sal, it is truly appreciated. I was unable to find this most recent sale by Eli. It is of little surprise, the Insider Sell/Buy ratio hit quite a peak in mid-April; which one would only draw the conclusion that markets will soon follow.....it, is just a matter of time for this present irrational exuberance to subside. Once again thank your for the link Sal
By the way, edmond, my friend, your chart reading was correct to a scientific certainty. Or do you think, rebeldoe thought that you were lying when you posted about the bearish candlesticks.
Edmond, my friend, people who have never met me and who nonetheless call me a liar are untrustworthy.
edmond, my friend, one thing that I have always had is my integrity and reputation. This myopic miscreant, rebeldoe, is one of those who cannot draw inferences from facts. Here's the link of Eli's latest show of support why others should not invest in sndk. http://google.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=6581376-1043-11491&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=9981&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fsym%253dSNDK
I posted it in earlier post and from these sales on, I believe, May 4, 2009 of 10K shares, Eli made a conscious choice to sell his shares. He sold them for a nice gain. To me, that shows his true intent.
Now, if rebeldoe wants to run with the deer, that's his choice. I think for myself, drawing inferences from facts. When I read in a SEC filing, that sndk's leader wants to sell, I reach a similar conclusion and go short.
Reminds me of body count during the Viet Nam war. Who are you going to believe. From my experience, I can tell you that body count was not taken to a scientific certainty. But, rebeldow probably read in some newspaper stateside about daily body count and figured that we had won the war. Or better yet, rebeldoe probably believes in creationism since it's written in the Bible.
And sal insinuated in his post that this transaction would be reason to sell or short this stock. He referred to the transaction as indicating that any deal was off the table. He doesn't have any idea that is true. Sal makes claims that omit facts that might be unfavorable to his position. Beware of sal 007.
well that all depends how you interpret the insider transactions; if we utilize the range from October to February, Eli has purchased 13,000 shares and sold 18,174
So yes, you are correct, Sal's statement is partially flawed, Eli has actually sold more than 10,000 shares.
Now if you were expecting a specific block of 10,000, then yes you are correct, it is not recorded as one of the insider transactions
Thank you for proving my point. Sal,as I said, was and is a liar. Believe what he says at your own risk.My advice. Do your own DD and use these boards as a break from daily boredom. That what sal is doing. Thanks again and heed my warning about sal.
The deal died and if Eli thought it was to be resurrected he wouldn't have dumped his 10000 shares the other day.
So, stop trying to hype an illusion when the offer for a deal died a long time ago.
You are just a flat-out liar. You know, or should know, that the sale of that stock was prearranged as are all of Eli's stock sales. Why do you insist on telling so many lies. It is unnecessary. You have NO way of knowing anything about a buyout deal. There have been no announcements.Quit being a blowhard know-it-all.
