    Anyway who the hell is MW?

    All the talk lately seems to be about MW. who is he and which division is he in charge of. What about the other several major divisions of NDc? I have not seen any posts about what is going on in those divisions. Any info would be appreciated.

      MW is M Weintraub. He is the 6th GM of the Pharma division in 8 years and the 3rd in the last 18 months. He is a long term employee, twenty years I think. He is smart and understands the business. He needs to win over the Ops area which he has trashed for the past two years as EVP, Sales. This will be very tough.

      MW is a "me" person. He will put his interests above everyone and everything. He has the biggest ego of anyone I have ever met. Its actually comical at times.

      Only time will tell if CM and WH made the right decision in selecting WM over BL to lead the division. I hope he is successful as our jobs depend on it.

      With some of the recent changes for the new direction his role was expanded to include all of the Phoenix office. This was the first big part of the changes I have been speaking about and has shown he wants to make more changes, thus why I think we are going to start heading in a new and better direction.
