Why has the stock dropped in the last two weeks? It was $5.40 and although the market has dropped 8% HT has dropped 20%. Thought hotel industry was on the rise? Any thoughts?
Insiders are selling. Dilution may hurt earnings for a few quarters. and 20 Cents-dividends may not be sustainable in earnings drop. Shares are fully priced at or about $4.50. Look at FCH, a better stock and way undervalued that HT. Good luck.
