Read the transcript of the call and looked at #s. Seems blah... nothing overly exciting. They will keep the dividend which I do not think is in danger. Net-net, a ho-hum dividend yield, which at current prices is about 3.9% yield. - Certainly better than a CD or a 10 yr T-Bond, but no huge returns forthcoming.
The major concern I have with HT is that AFFO per share has decreased from .25 (06/2009) to .13 (06/2010)per share. Mainly due to share issuance, but they still should be able to pay the dividend of .05/share per qtr, right?
