I posted on NVR as to a reference to the stock of NVR...and to the ****decline in demand*** for ***NEW***houses above $265,000 nationwide and in the DC area over $600,000.
Recently I posted in reference to the increase in valuations of existing homes on the ANF board.
No where did I refer to a decline in market value of an existing home.
YES, I will point out all the intricacies.
As to posting "enough crap", you will count up my posts and compare the frequency to others and my ratio is very low.
