    Why short a housing stock

when you can short an options laced company. One of the those loser stocks that increases shares outstanding 10 percent a year with no revenue growth?

It is a way for you to fight back. With the $1 trillion lost in tech, with while the option recipents cash in the stock holders take a bath.

I saw on t.v. this week some guys on fox trying to trick us into selling homebuilders. Some many, but mot NVR.

Negative news on homebuilders are already priced in. I saw on t.v. special this week on Fox recommending selling homebuilders. There is a reason why homebuilders have p/e ratios less than 10. But, most people I know would love to move out of their house into a new house, similar to way people buy new cars. There is not much difference between new cars and new houses.

    • Because I have made over 5K shorting only 50 shares of NVR several times between 420 and 480. I just sold short again after the recent huge rise.
