The measure of a ceo's success is the performance of his company's stock during his tenure. Intel's stock is worth less now than it was when Otellini became ceo. Therefore, Otellini is a failure.
Couldn't agree with you more. The primary responsibility of a CEO & BOD is to protect stockholders. In this right, they are a miserable failure. The 14.7B buyback was a lie and Tues. we will know how few shares they bought back.
