I'll bet everything I have a bill passes.

Well, the House, Senate, and President are not required by the 14th Amendment to raise the debt ceiling they are just required to pay the country's debts.

the 14th amendment says all debt cannot be questioned.

Thus the president can simply state the 14th amendment and borrow more to pay the biulls thus completely ignoring the Congressional BS with its debt ceiling. By the way--we know there was no debt ceiling BS until the 20th century and it, like most Senate rules--60 votes, can be over ridden by using the Constitution.

      Congress is broken.

Tuesday--the president will simply use the 14th amendment as would any President if faced with the idiots in Congress.
