The chip sector has bottomed. And is now moving up. 7.) No QE3. Because the economy is recovering without it. Employment and housing are showing strength.

This is like those high profile celebrity weddings where you can just tell won't last more than two years. The more I read about it, the more I am convinced this product is DOA. Oh well, Microsoft wanted a chance to fail with ARM, again. BTW, the Zune had a Tegra processor. But don't worry, all the money they lose with W-ARM can be made up with Windows Phone sales, can't it?
