Intel sets sights on 5nm chip; already gearing up fabs for 14nm production
I am wondering if 22nm IB is facing heat generation per sq.mm of die issue with overclocking, the problem may appear at 14nm even without overclocking. Hope Intel has few things up its sleeve to tackle the issue including refined tri-gate process as it matures.
