"What percentage of shares have they retired over the last 10 years, big shot?"
Less than 10%.
Now how about some questions for you: How many billions did they spend in so doing, and what was the company's resulting average price per share for the retired shares? In the meantime, how much money did the insiders reap off this wicked scam they are perpetrating on unsuspecting dopes like you? (Or are you merely a shill and not a dope?)
#$%$ clown. Alexander, easily the best poster on this board just explained it for you since you can't comprehend anything. Stand down, little girl.
Exactly. They buy in the shares with company cash to support the share price, then they issue more stock options to insiders with ZERO strikes, and said insiders, whenever possible, exercise those ZERO strike options and immediately dump the stock. Lather, rinse, repeat ...
In other words, the insiders are running an ATM for themselves at the expense of the regular shareholders since the number of shares outstanding never reduces by anything meaningful despite all that cash being used to buy in the shares. THAT'S what you dumba zzes should be writing to the SEC about --- it should be illegal (but isn't) for the insiders to sell stock while the company is buying stock at their direction.

Wrong, but I don't expect you to do any research/tell the truth as you a just another Lucy_Nuff alias. I have your alias count well over 100 now. What percentage of shares have they retired over the last 10 years, big shot?
