I sure blew the top. INTC was much stronger than I expected. I expected a near $22 close but $22.26 is close to my top projection. I am going to have to give up on projections ... 8-)
The dividends are priced into the options. The problem is that, just before close tomorrow, the price of the call will trade near zero premium and the put will trade at near the DIVIDEND premium.
After the close, the price of the stock will be adjusted down by 22.5 cents. At the start of trading tomorrow with the shares down by 22.5 cents, the calls will have 22.5 cents premium and the puts will have zero premium because the stock dropped and the call/put price did not change.
They will then adjust and the put/call premiums will split the premium between them. The call will drop by 11 cents and the put will drop by 11 cents as the premium balances between them.
