That is a joke. Intel is already in supercomputers, servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones and embedded devices. Haswell is an evolutionary step with a very high expectation of success that brings Intel's Core architecture to every device. Broadwell beyond that.
ARM doesn't even have 64 bit today, its server, desktop and laptop presence is virtually non-existent. ARM's hope of success above tablets is very questionable. Its HPC aspirations rests on the near-bankrupt AMD. Good luck with that.
