Will INTC do a double in 2013?
Not likely.
Short interest is increasing. The shorts will pound down INTC in 2013 just like the shorts did to AMD in the 2nd half of 2012.
AMD short interest is decreasing and every time AMD has been pounded down, we saw a strong rally 230%-500%. Look for the same thing to happen again in 2013.
