That's why it gets bought aroudn 20 and then in the mid to high 20's people can't resist selling and it drifts back towards 20 and it starts all over again. We will see 25 much faster than anyone thinks, IMO. 2-5 weeks.
The last time Intel drifted down, Intel drifted down from $29 under the pressure of 1 million shares being shorted every day. Since mid May, there has been about 130 trading days. The short interest has increased by 130 million shares at about 20 million shares per month.
If you examine how the short interest added up since May, it is very linear at 1 million shares per trading day.
