    Wallis: RE: shorting ARMH

Did you specifically look into any good short plays on ARMH?
You said leaps would be good.
I was considering April puts myself.
This morning, the 42 puts had a premium of only 6.7%.
May have gotten them too early at $2.85, but I got a full 3 months for it to relax and drop back below $40.
Didn't play much though. Just doing it for fun.
So are you into ARMH puts yet or still waiting for a better entry point?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • I like to stay 6 to 12 months out in front. I've been watching Wall Street continue to inflate the ARM bubble with some sense of amazement. I guess I'm waiting for the piece of news that will start to send ARM down the slippery slope to a reasonable P/E. It could happen at any time but the likelihood will increase dramatically as we go through the year. CES points strongly to a collapse in the ARM stock price some time this year. There are literally a dozen things that could act as a catalyst. You could do maybe a three, four or five to one put to call ratio to give yourself some upside protection in case Wall Street gets crazier before the bubble pops...
