Intel Corporation Message Board

AMD is ROADKILL. Simply irrelevant now. It is all about Samsung and Qualcomm now.

AMD is so yesterday. Is it still in business? Like who cares?
What--you held it from 49 down to 2.00? That is sad but not my problem is it.

Speaking of sad. Intel is pretty pathetic as well hanging in the low 20s still with shrinking Net profits.
One has to be a true believer to be all in on Intel nowadays.
It is all about mobility and we are talking phones, tablets, and small notebooks.

Certainly it appears as if Intel should break out and be able to crush its competitors in the CPU game but that is roadmap stuff and nobody is investing in potential these days.
Cisco, Motorola, ---And a major china breakout in mobility for Intel this year would be game changers and I am not talking about negatives like palin. Intel would break up.

Like in the Movie, Field of Dreams, Intel is using the if you built it, they will come--strategy.
Certainly the thought of 14 nm trigate chips in phones with all the add ons is a nightmare for any company that tries selling phones that are using far less.
