    So, Who Is It Then?

Well, we supposedly know that it's a big mobile player:

"Sunit Rikhi, general manager of Intel's custom foundry business, told the news agency that the company was prepared to begin a new deal with a large, unidentified mobile customer, though he would not comment on whether that partner was Apple."

So, if it isn't Apple, who the heck is it? And could it be the iWatch deal as opposed to other business with Apple?

    Any guesses?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Remember last year when INTC opened an office down the street from QCOM in SanDiego? Wonder if it was for competition or collaberation of cell phones?

    • We will just have to wait for an official news but IMO, it could be Apple with their Ipads and Iwatch.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Could be Nokia.

Nokia has partnered with Microsoft on Windows phones/Windows 8. This past year Nokia has had supply problems with Snapdragons, and has previously worked with both Intel and Infineon. Nokia holds a lot of patents in mobile/LTE, and has a large R&D portfolio, so Nokia brings something to the table aside from simply being a potential customer. I hope it's Nokia - I own both Nokia and Intel, and they have complimentary areas of expertise.
