[Not a goner but certainly they will give up very significant market share. It has already been concluded that they will be at 28nm for a very, very long time. With Intel going up two process nodes, the switch is on (as demonstrated by the Altera deal) and will accelerate - just as the air coming out of the ARM bubble will accelerate. The amazing thing is that Intel will actually have the capacity to take this huge market share from ARM. As far as ARM's future goes, I would guess 3-5 years before ARM becomes the new AMD...]
