    A15 big.LITTLE

    What is the difference between:
    TI's A15 big.LITTLE
    Renesas A15 big.LITTLE
    and Samsung's A15 big.LITTLE?
    How do they differentiate?
    How significant is the difference?
    Can anybody explain

Let's assume they are pretty close; who will "win"?
In case there are fairly close the ONLY differentiator is the manufacturing process

      ----

Ti's version isn't "ARM's big/little" it's their own version. The small core (m4) isn't full compatable with the larger core (a15).

As for Samsung's and Renesas version, they are using ARM's big/little but like any ARM CPU complex there are lots of ways to differentate (cashe sizes ect) so even on the same process at the same foundary there will be performace tradeoffs. The CPU is only one compent of the SoC.
