"So, it looks like the Asus Fonepad won't be the last Intel-powered Android tablet by Asus. There's a new, yet-to-be-announced model in tow, as revealed by the data in these benchmark results. Known as the Asus ME302C, it is a member ot the EeePad family, presumably with a screen of (or around) 10 inches, given its display resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels."

[So far, Clover Trail+ will be inside the following devices:

    Samsung Galaxy Tab 3
    Acer W3-810 (leaked on Amazon)
    Asus ME302C
    * Remember these devices have potential to run both Windows 8 and Android. Dual boot for both these OS is possible too.

    Lenovo K900 (launched already)
    ZTE Grand X2
    ZTE Geek phone
    Asus Phone with CloverTrail+

    • With Silvermont (Bay Trail, Merrifield) products available by holiday season shopping, Intel looking like they can very quickly capture tablet and smartphone market share. Hardware makers can't ignore the following stats:

Dual core (1W) at same performance use 2.4x less power than competition. At same power, performs 1.6x the speed of competition.

Intel's quad core beauties either giving twice the performance at the same power level or 4.3x less power at the same performance

      • Clover Trail+ will put a lot of price pressure on arm-base device makers. Remember Clover Trail+ is competitive with the very best arm SoC out there, but it is built on intel's much depreciated 32nm process. Normally, Intel would usually get rid of these older process but now, they are taking advantage of them and using them to make super cheap SoCs. I would not be surprise to see clover trail+ devices priced at $150 or so. This will really put the pressure on arm.

      • By holiday season, market will be flooded with 7", 8", 10" tablets as well thinner, lighter with all day battery life hybrids/ultrabooks. All of them running both Windows 8 and Android.
