Intel CTO Justin Rattner steps down after hitting age limit
CHIPMAKER Intel is looking for another CTO after Justin Rattner has been forced to stand down after reaching age 65.
Intel's company policy is that no employee over the age of 65 can hold a corporate officer position. That means the company has to replace its CTO, with Rattner taking personal leave and the firm finding another position for him when he returns.
