Barron's: Intel: New Products to Help Q3, Says Deutsche

Deutsche Bank‘s Ross Seymore reiterates a Buy rating on Intel shares, and a $26 price target, modeling $13.5 billion in revenue and 55 cents for Q3.

The company should benefit from several new products, he writes:

We model DCG up +9.5% q/q, PCG up +3.7%, Other IA +5%, and NAND/SSG up +6%. Intel launched a variety of new products across virtually all segments (Baytrail, Haswell, Brickland) and we believe sell-in will be sufficient to meet the mid-point of guidance (revenue +2-9% q/q). Given in- line revenue we expect GM to be largely in-line as well at 61%. Although Baytrail likely starts at a lower ASP (vs. 32nm Clovertrail) we suspect GM is consistent with corporate GM as the product is manufactured on a more cost efficient 22nm SoC process and employs Intel’s own graphics IP.
